It's Home Inspection Day! This is one of the most time intensive part of real estate. Not only do we come out the day of inspection, but we read the inspection ourselves, with our clients (more than once, sometimes), and then we note repairs we will ask for. Then the real fun begins, and that is separating the specific pages we note on our request form for the listing agent to go over with their seller. Little late posting. It has been a super busy week. Monday was in the Lake Murray area for showings and Dr with my oldest, Tuesday was CE and Girl Scouts meeting, Wednesday was another GS meeting, a showing and then writing an offer on said showing. Thursday was catching up on house work and court as a Guardian ad Litem followed by a showing. Friday had a Listing appointment and yesterday was our annual Volunteer Event with Girl Scouts. But I am happy to say that my buyers offer was accepted on Friday morning. That call was one of the best. The seller had multiple offers by Thursday morning. I know it was a tough decision to make, but so glad my buyers were the ones who were chosen. Next week is going to busy as well. It's all worth it to say "Congratulations! You're offer was accepted. We're UNDER CONTRACT!" #undercontract #realtorlife #busyweek #realestate
